Hi everybody I'm back up and running, not sure why our internet went down (the explanation was in German) anyway....mom and dad are here and having a great time. Will post some pics later tonight of Evan in his adorable dragon costume...(be prepared for extreme cuteness) :)

Hi mom-just a quick video for ya to enjoy, I just took it 10 min ago. Evan loves graham crackers--we call them baby crack ha ha. I took the clip with our new camara so I also wanted to see what it could do.... Evan says yum yum

The last warm, fall sunday

We decided to skip church...and take advantage of the last semi-warm fall day of the year with a walk. We took Evan and Bruno on the trails behind our house....this is what we saw on the way and what came up at the end....

A beautiful lake....

Some horses along the way...of course I made a B line for the woods about 25 ft in with Bruno so he wouldn't scare them with his loud bark

And at the end...a cool German "food stand" with brats and cakes and such...alot of people were there and dogs...but Bruno did very well so we grabbed a cake and mineral water and sat out on the lake....so cool

and while we enjoyed our cake...this buggie drove up...so german...I guess they were out for there sunday ride.

Father-Son Time

These are the moments I love....father-son....John was showing Evan the vinyards at the top of Stuttgart overlooking the Octoberfest (previously posted) I now see alot more Link features in Evan as he gets older, that's why he's such a cute baby!!

The future drummer....

We were hanging out in the day room at lunch and one of the guys went and got a little set of bongos for Evan (thanks Robert B.) and he loved them--just like his set that his Grandma got him. I thought a future piano player but maybe I've got the wrong instrument....

Evan's cute hat

We went to a local town Kerwe (fest) (town parade and such) in Winweiler only 5 min from our town. A perfect day to show off Evan's new hat. Isn't it cute.

Evan's first haircut

He was such a good boy--a big boy. We fed him snack crackers the entire time and it kept him distracted enough to not even mind the clippers. He was great. We got it cut right here in our town by Tina who was just awesome.

Evan's mohawk

This was Evan's last bath with long hair before his first haircut the next morning. So I felt the need to have atleast one mohawk pic
