John surprised me with a little weekend getaway for our birthdays and his last weekend. So 5 and a half hours from Gonbach, we ended up in Prague (Praha) in Czech Republic. It was cold and rainy but it didn't matter, it was a pretty cool place. It's known for it's crytal shopping and other home made things.
On our way to the big castle.

This is the famous clock....it was said that the towns people were so proud of this clock and it's beauty that they blinded the man who created it so that he could never reproduce it. History is cool......the city has lots of it....
looking into the town square and approaching the clock..can you see all the people gathered? We waited to hear it chime and watch the little figures pop into the windows it was pretty neat

ooooh do I love the coffee....the latte with a shot of Bailys a nice little treat
After listening to the clock, this band formed and let it rip, it was kinda cool
As soon as we finished the hill to the castle everyone was gathered so we checked out what all the fuss was about...we guess a changing of the guard, really neat with really neat music coming from guards standing in the above windows man, we got lucky perfect timing!
walking by this window for a night walk, was this, being projected onto the window of this closed theatre, it was really neat....
